Terms and Conditions
1. Competition open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and immediate family of Heartland Farm
2. Closing date for entries will be 1st September 2010
3. Prize draw will be on 30th September 2010 and the winner will be infomed by email and post
4. All orders placed on the WWW.heartlandfarm.co.uk website over £15.00 will automatically be entered into the competition, unless express wish by email or post not to be entered is received.
5. The winner will receive a 3 night break for up to 4 people at Southview Farm, Stony Littleton, Bath during low season periods available during 2010 and into 2011. We regret this excludes peak weeks and school holidays, and subject to availability.
6. The break will be for 3 nights between a Saturday and a Saturday, and cannot be over consecutive Fri/Sat nights ie it will be Wed/Thur/Fri or Sat/Sun/Mon etc.
7. Southview Farm cottage is overseen by Farm & Cottage Holidays and the winner must book the break through them. Farm & Cottage Holidays Terms & Conditions apply. Their contact details will be provided for the booking, which will be free to the winner.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non refundable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The draw decision will be final.
