Deliveries
Once we have received your order we will get on with it immediately. We will aim to despatch your order to you within 3 days. If you are paying by cheque we will need 5 working days for the cheque to clear but will have it packed and ready to despatch the minute we get clearance. All our orders are sent to you by First Class mail. If you require Special Delivery, or Recorded Delivery, please email us for the slight extra cost. If we should be out of stock we will notify you straightaway and let you know when it will be in stock. Otherwise we will offer you an immediate alternative or a full refund for that item.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return it to us unused and well packaged within 7 days for a full refund. If the goods are faulty we will also refund your postage. Please return them with a note describing the fault. We will be happy to exchange the goods by return if you prefer. Don’t hesitate to email us with your concerns. (Tip: If you are returning goods in excess of £34 in value, make sure the Post Office has insured you for them against loss in the post. We cannot be responsible for any returned goods that the Post Office may lose).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We do not sell our mailing list to others.
Product descriptions; Every care is taken to ensure that product descriptions and sizes are correct at the time of posting on our website. However slight variations can occur especially with the handmade products we sell.
